Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers a great location, perfect for getting into the center of Tallaght. The staff is top quality, making guests feel extra special, although the rooms could use some updating. The dining experience was subpar with limited selections, but the pub atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it's a good value for money option.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to shopping centers and public transport, but a bit far from the city center. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned and warm, with some issues like a non-functional remote control. However, the service was a mix of rude and accommodating staff. The dining experience was disappointing due to incorrect orders but had some local products. Overall, a stay with some positives and negatives.
The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the Tallaght LUAS stop and only 5 minutes from The Square shopping center. However, the rooms had some issues with iron burns and lack of card for room service. The service was marred by intrusive housekeeping. Dining was chaotic with limited options, while the facilities seemed to offer basic amenities.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. I faced some cleanliness issues and rudeness from the general manager initially, but Sabrina managed to turn things around with a room change and complimentary breakfast. However, the service during breakfast was still lacking, with mix-ups about my dietary preferences. The rooms were dated and needed refurbishment, and the dining experience was not up to par. On the bright side, the location was suitable for my needs.
